Notes on The Lie of The One Lie ..

by Beca Lewis on December 1, 2008

We held The 12th Gathering last month and it was even more wonderful than we had imagined (as all good things are.)  It truly was “Three Days Out Of This World,” and we are all holding to this new awareness now in our “everyday” life.

In the next few weeks I will have pictures for all of you to see so you can enjoy it too. We all hope you will be able to join us at our next 12th Gathering!

In the mean time, we are in the season of gratefulness and celebration. Yet we are experiencing what appears to be a complete dichotomy.

In flipping TV channels on the badly named day called “Black Friday” in the US I saw this dichotomy played out.  On one channel was a picture of a packed Wal-Mart parking lot at 3:00am.  The announcer was saying these words, “It is a well planned event.”  I flipped to the next channel and saw a picture of the tragedy in India and at that moment the announcer said, “It is a well planned event.”

This prompted this week’s Ezine: The Lie of The One Lie

How very True, Rebecca! Concentrating on the lie is like wearing blinkers, we cannot see the Beauty beyond it!

It appears that there is more than one because we, as creators, CHOOSE to create the opposite of the one truth of Love. We choose it, and so it appears. It is not real, but it appears nonetheless because we created it.
If we focus only on the One Love, the lie evaporates. On the other hand if we focus only on the Lie, the One Love still exists, only we fail to perceive it, blinded by our own creation.
